The Great Taste Awards, run by the Guild of Fine Food Retailers, are regarded as the "Oscars" of the fine food world and recognise and reward the exceptional standard of food and drink available in the UK.  We decided to enter for the first time in 2005 and here are the results of the jury!

• Almond and Honey Butter Truffle – 2006 BRONZE Great Taste Award Winner.  A whipped chocolate and butter truffle with Hampshire honey and nuggets of marzipan
• Fresh Raspberry Truffle – 2006 BRONZE Great Taste Award Winner.  A sumptuous milk chocolate and butter truffle with fresh Hampshire raspberries and a generous splash of French raspberry spirit
• Hedgerow Harvest – 2005 SILVER Great Taste Award winner.  A dark chocolate truffle with Hampshire blackberries
• Honey Nut Caramel – 2005 BRONZE Great Taste Award Winner.  A deliciously chewy butter caramel made with toasted almonds and fresh double cream and honey, both sourced from Hampshire
